Where is Your Faith?

Passage: The Gospel According to Luke Luke 8:22-39

Uncertainty in life can pull us away from God. Those uncertainties can lead to anxiety and questions like “what if?.” Are you paralyzed by “what ifs?” What are those thing that cause you so ask “what if?” We all fear different things at varying levels, but we all fear what we can’t control. Fear is our response to the uncertainty of our resources in the face of danger. Not all fear is sinful. Legitimate fear crosses the line into sinful fear depending on whether or not what we fear takes control of our lives rather than God being in control. It is God who should drive our decisions. What do you do with a God you can’t control?
